Tilludada

Hey friends I am back again with a bit new type of IDEA in my mind to express in front of you all.

I was approximately 9 years old when I was taken to a temple of Lord Vithala in my native. There was a Prathana running every Sunday at 9am in morning. They used to say when Cement is wet we can shape it afterwards it’s impossible, children are like wet cement. So to conclude my Granmaa took me every Sunday there for Prathana. There I met a small boy who said “I am a Rushi I am into a session of meditation”, in a very innocent manner as I that particular age nobody knows what mediation is and what are its benefits. I was taken aback by that guy’s way to treat elders at that age it was amazing. Teachings given by his family showed there.

Later we became very good friends and I got to know few facts about his family and him. He was an average guy who is living in a town like Solapur but with few extra ordinary qualities. To define him I can only say 3 words, Relationship, Daring, and Hard Work. These are the words which describes him very perfectly. His life until now is completely bounded by the triangle created by these 3 qualities as end points of an equilateral triangle.

I was in 11th standard when I came to know about his failure in studies I was really upset due to his failure. That day he said me one thing which made me closer friend of him. He said “Success is not a thing which can be achieved only be education or good marks, it can be a achieved by your efforts I have the guts of giving efforts I will be successful, one day don’t worry much.“ It gave a very good thought to me that day. It reminded me of a dialog in movie “3 Idiots”.

He first started from a Job of a compounder in small local Physician’s clinic. I always liked his dedication in whatever he does. People around him always used to praise him about the qualities he had. His first job started with a pay in 3digits. Then too he was cool about it. He used to enjoy his life to the fullest. He used to say me that “Making relationships doesn’t take much from you but gives you all the benefits of your life.”

He also had a quality of making all the girls around him his sisters. It’s actually a good quality but a drawback of him aroused when he made any girl his sister. He used to do whatever the girl says to do for her with the complete dedication.

I was in 12th when I used to go to his jewelry shop. Ohho!! Don’t get me wrong, he by then had started as a helper into jewelry shop. He learnt how to sell jewelry, how to prepare it, how to repair it, and the main and the most important thing in jewelry business i.e. how to identify its authentication. By end of my 12th, he was trained and was offered good pay buy one of the rivals of the shop he was working in. He didn’t accept it as it was against his rules of relationship. Mother of the shop owner used to treat him as her child.

He was the only employee in the jewelry shop who used to be in the shop from start of the day to end of the day. He was the only employee who also used to help the shop owner in his other tasks just for the sake of relationship. He showed me a real meaning of dedication towards someone or something.

His family was a joint family of 3 brothers. They had a problem in them due to money and property issue. His dad was a guy who ran a flour mill. It was running in loss since many years. He was by now having responsibility of his sister’s marriage also. He never expressed all of his pains and family issues in front of all of us. He is a very jolly person. I learnt a quality from him; the day I got to know all the facts about him was “Laugh in your pains so that they reduce exponentially”.

I got admission for BCS in Pune it was a very big movement form me that day. He was the person who was the happiest after me that day. He also had few things running in his mind that “Now Souraya will leave us, now he will be meeting us with a gap of months, he will be going far away” But he was the happiest as he thought “Let Souraya in Pune, he is our friend by heart he will never forget us, it’s good for his future life and career. I am happy just for him and his success”. This displayed me his quality of being happy in friend’s happiness.

Later I joined Patni Computers in Airoli, Mumbai. One fine morning I received a call from a local number from Mumbai. I was shocked to hear that this guy is in Mumbai and has left his house for better work and pay. He faced many disasters in Mumbai. He was caught by cops and sent to prison for one night as he was without ticket on VT station in Mumbai. He was released buy cops and he planned for a watchman’s job in one of the buildings nearby. As he was good at making good relationships with people, he also got a job for society near VT. That deal was cancelled just because of the pay.

He then took help of one of our common friend and joined a much renounced sweets shop in Pune. His journey from Solapur – Mumbai –Pune was horrible. But then too he managed to handle such situations also.

Now he is the most trusted employee in the same sweet shop from approx 3 years. He is now the most dedicated, hard working,, employee there. He is successful on his own today. He is planning to shift his whole family to Pune in near future, with his own responsibility. He is now settled in this job now. He also is happy for whatever he has achieved till now and is also planning for many more new things to be achieved. So all the best Tilludada......
